Time to stir up some magic and create something beautiful
PREP, EDIT, BALANCE
On receiving your stems I will identify and rectify any issues such as phase, polarity, timing, unwanted noise bleed, and if needed, any vocal tuning. Then onto gain staging and automating the audio regions before performing an initial volume balance of the track.
EQ & COMPRESSION
Fixing any distracting issues, I'll bring each element to a sonic and dynamic baseline. Then manage and enhance the sonic and dynamic relationships within the track. I'll then use EQ & compression where needed to enhance the rhythm and tone, and make each element pop!
SPACE
A sense of depth and width will be created using various effects and techniques; allowing me to bring certain elements to the listeners attention whilst burying some of the others into background. This part of the process can really separate your track from the crowd.
DELIVERY
On finishing the mix I will bounce the track down to a single WAV file and send it over to you for approval. Hopefully I've nailed the mix first time, but here is where you get the chance to send it back to me with any changes you want me to carry out.
This is where it all boils down to, MASTERING.

MIX FEEDBACK
An extra set of ears can sometimes make all the difference! I'll offer mix critique, feedback on any specific parts you're concerned about, or suggestions for any little tweaks that will aid the mastering process.
MASTERING
Sit back, relax and with your brief in mind, I’ll get to work on bringing your project over the finish line, making sure it’s the best sounding version of itself. I like good communication during this process so I’ll explain the decisions I’ve made during the mastering process and why.
REVISIONS
Normally I hit the mark first time around, but if you'd like any tweaks, here's where you'll get the chance to point them out.
I encourage you to listen on as many systems as possible and be thorough in your approach to revision requests.
ALL VERSIONS/FORMATS
No extra charge for radio edits, instrumentals or PA mixes, as well as all file types Hi-Res WAVs, MP3s, Vinyl Ready Masters and DDPs - these are all included in the price to make sure you have everything you need.
